The Advisory Hamaat Program is a two-year initiative designed to equip university graduates with the skills and experience necessary to build successful careers in the Advisory industry. Who we’re Looking For? Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree holders expected to graduate by before the end of August 2025.
• Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Cybersecurity/Information Security, Management Information Systems, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Electrical and related fields), Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Human Resource Management, and Project Management.  Other relevant specialized degrees are welcome to apply.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Additional Requirements: Strong intercultural awareness, successful completion of online assessments and interviews, and passing both online and in-person assessment centers.

Job Role/Responsibilities: 

• You should have good experience and understanding of every module within Odoo and be well-versed in their inner workings. 

• You will be responsible for coordinating with the development team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to the project requirements. 

• Analysing customers' needs and business processes to properly map them with Odoo functionalities.
