We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery process of our retail products. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

·       Leading the delivery department and managing conflict and ensuring the team processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.

·       Managing finances and budgets.

·       Remaining organized and meeting delivery deadlines.

·       Building good partnership and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s service, delivery criteria, and solution for issues that may arise.

·       He ensures the right temperature of the Lorry for temperature-controlled items.

·       He ensures that the Document must be signed and dated by the driver time he receives from the store.

·       Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment. Encourages team trust.

·       Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members, and ensuring that the project stays on track.

·       Identifying and managing risks to the delivery.

·       Tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the delivery on track.

·       Maintain the Lorries along with their documents.

·       Diesel Cost Report including Km Report.

·       No. of Tour per driver Report.

·       Delivery trucks overview report.

Requirements

  • Experience in fleet & transportations in Food industries field at least for 2 years
  • Good in excel .

Protocol and guest Relation Officer

Protocol officer, is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed. and matching with office protocol. Please note that your job responsibilities will include the following:

Provide a professional welcome and greeting to all visitors.

Review arrival lists to welcome all guests in a professional modality at the airport.

Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. rooms reservation, City tour)

Ensure VIP visitors are treated professionally and with the highest respect.

Answer all incoming phone calls, finding out caller name and company before directing to the appropriate contact.

Ensure prompt distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain the professional appearance of the reception area.

Always maintain a smart and professional appearance.

Comply with all processed and procedures which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law.

Complete administration tasks as request by the manager.

Ensure the office protocol are addressed properly.

Manage all aspects of the care and movement of artwork, including shipping, packing, installation, care and maintenance, and storage.

Organize and maintain collections-related documentation, including purchase files and object files, and other documentation related to the collections

Maintain an art database and assist with generating reports. Complete research to support the entry of new artist records.

Field Service Technician V

Role Responsibilities:

  • Follow standard processes to accomplish tasks (Understand & follow oral and written directions)
  • Essential Task Description: (daily tasks and duties) including daily timesheet
  • Attend & complete assigned tasks within assigned time to the best ability and ensure quality services & customer satisfaction. Leave site clean & neat
  • Keep customer informed with the task nature & progress upon site arrival & prior leaving work site. Share outstanding issues & suggested enhancements / recommendations
  • Fill up Job Completion Certificate / Job Card / EH&S site surveys
  • Inspect air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation & diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and make recommendations
  • Make estimates of labor hours & materials required
  • Prepare Inspection reports (Site condition, SOW & Technical recommendations)
  • Prepare Technical Reports & Root cause analysis
  • Possess basic knowledge of computers and cell phone apps
  • Repair and replace damaged parts
  • Work independently in the absence of supervision
  • Perform regularly scheduled maintenance & Maintain maintenance records
  • Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems; cleans coils, blowers, checks motors, and belt tensions

  • Recognize safety hazards commonly found in HVAC operations, and identify and implement appropriate controls to ensure safe work

  • Able to rig & properly set up gantry for safely lifting equipment, overhauling pumps, chillers etc.
  • Manage & organize machinery tools pickup, delivery, usage & inventory as applicable
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required
  • Recognize and identify potential risks and hazards associated with performing all work-related duties safely
  • Attend regular (EH&S / Technical) Trainings & meetings

Role Knowlwdge:

  • Principles and practices of HVAC equipment’s maintenance and repair in line with industry practices & manufacturer’s guidelines
  • Hazar & Safety practices and procedures used in installing, repairing & maintaining HVAC equipment and MSDS sheets.
  • Overall understanding & practices of tools utilization & management
  • Preparation & filling of inspection reports / Technical reports
  • Overall understanding & complying with quality management practices as per company standards & any other applicable quality standards
  • Good English knowledge in terms of speaking, writing, reading & listening
  • Communication & inter-personal skills, team player & customer oriented
  • Basic understanding & knowledge in Metal sheets, electrical, carpentry & Building Automation controls
