The Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this position is to operate Facilities Management contracts, connected services and service Contracts as well as to ensure that Honeywell meets contractual requirements and exceeds customer expectations, while also being an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach objectives in terms of contract performance, billable hours, productivity, and process compliance.
  • Delivery of agreed services on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintains customer’s satisfaction at acceptable levels, and resolves customer satisfaction issues
  • Reviews VOC feedback and takes appropriate proactive actions
  • Ensures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels
  • Participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being achievable from a technical perspective. Participate in risk review (per Honeywell policy)
  • Ensures service contracts, additional works and small service projects are resourced properly
  • Actively discourage silo mentalities and attitudes
  • Ensure safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle maintenance and facilities improvement
  • Where applicable, ensure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheld
  • Perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, and start-up technical support across any type of BMS Related electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems (including software where applicable) from simple to moderately complex in nature
  • Develop Control programs for the DDC and carryout of Testing and Commissioning
  • Create BMS Front End Graphics and Point Mapping
  • Execute 3rd Party Integrations on BACnet, Modbus, LON and other Industry Standard Protocols.
  • Generate Project/Service Documentation including Materials Submittals, IO List, Control Schematics, Riser and DDC Drawings.
  • Perform or provide advice on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software) beyond the capability of other service technicians
  • Provide technical training, coaching, and work direction to other service engineers and technicians and subcontractors
  • Programming and engineering capabilities should also be superior and specific in nature to warrant the leadership level

 

 

Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • BMS Technical Experience 5+ years of experience
  • Fire Experience will be added advantage
  • Excellent Honeywell and industry based basic programming skills
  • Strong fault-finding skills
  • Excellent Honeywell product knowledge
  • Handing Services inside Aramco will be added value
  • Excellent troubleshooting in networking.
  • Expertise in communicating, negotiation and implementing process.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert in BMS (building management system)
  • Expert in Honeywell controllers (i.e. CPO, XLweb, JACE-Niagara , XL800, FCUs, etc.)
  • Expert in configuration of EBI various versions (i.e. EBI310, 410, 430 & 500)
  • Commissioning experience in C-BUS, BacNet & LON topologies
  • Good Knowledge in Networking and windows server machines
  • Understanding of Aramco services, standard
  • Networking configuration and requirements understanding.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networks with distribution

Responsible for the processing of activities in the Employee Relations section such as probationary appraisal, leave management, employee benefits, employees attendance, grievances, employee inquiries, payroll and other administrative support

  4. Under the supervision of Sr. Legal Counsel, assisting with advising the Human Resources Division on labour law matters, deals with labour disputes between Etisalat and its employees as well as advising on the engagement and instruction of external counsel.
  5. Under the supervision of Sr. Legal Counsel, assisting in the management of the between the Corporation and its external counsel, advocates, consultants, etc in all matters involving the Corporation referred to them and fall within the scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Legal Affairs Department.
  6. Monitoring and studying the impact of new laws, decrees, regulations and sub-legislation promulgated by the Government and/or legislative, regulatory or other relevant/responsible bodies that affect or may affect the activities of the Corporation in the realm of contracts or related areas.

Responsible for carrying out and performing fraud/abuse/wastage investigation, forensics and whistleblower programs for International OpCos and guide them on any special requests to that end. Perform necessary oversight on investigations conducted at OpCo’s level and the effectiveness of the local WB channels. 

This function also takes a prominent role in improvement activities supporting ERM & Internal Audit department’s responsibilities towards executive management and Audit Committee for discovered fraud risks revealed from whistle blows and subsequent investigations.

  • Drive and implement special audit framework for e&’s International Operating Companies (OpCos) in collaboration with Opcos’ Internal Audit and Special Audit team
  • Establish and follow fraud prevention, detection and investigation activities designed to strengthen fraud prevention procedure/processes
  • Lead major investigations of fraud, wastage and abuse of International OpCos’ resources
  • Review investigation reports ensuring they are properly supported by sufficient, relevant and reliable evidence
  • Support the whistleblower program at International OpCos level
  • Assess and enhance procedures for monitoring and detection of fraud and International OpCos’ response mechanism following detection of potential frauds
  • Ensure implementation of planned fraud prevention programs
  • Ensure performance of computer forensics with other experts

  • Report on special investigation work of confidential nature including following up secretly for fraud or misappropriation as per management 
  • Regularly report and discuss the performance of planned / ongoing assignments and take appropriate actions to meet reporting deadlines
  • Finalize reports on forensic / fraud investigations and follow up on implementation of recommendations, recoveries and legal proceedings

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/commerce/law or equivalent Internationally recognized professional accounting/auditing qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA)
  • CISA, Certified Fraud Examiner
  • 6-8 years audit experience with large and reputable organizations, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

  6. Lead the Group engagement with the 6 targeted ESG ratings and continue to drive improvement and accurate reflection of e&’s ESG Sustainability commitment in our scores across the ratings landscape. 
  7. Lead the work of the Sustainability Board Social and Governance Sub-committee to progress activity between the Sustainability Committee meetings.   
  8. Provide technical support for sustainability programmes across all e& markets, functions (M&A, Investor Relations, B&C), and verticals, identifying areas of improvement and working with colleagues to continue to deliver on the 2030 Sustainability strategy.
