  • Ensure continuous enhancement in SR360, Eclipse & Ivory for Consumer complaints.

  • Control and guide project acceptance tests for Mobile Fulfillment and ensures compliance with standards and guidelines as well as manufacturers recommendations.
  • Organize loading and testing of any new S/W release and solution corrections with necessary evaluation reporting.
  • Manage Mobile Provisioning projects related to platform expansions to meet the targeted completion with smooth integration. 14. Coordinate with other sections and vendors regarding any operational aspects to ensure authorization for all data implementation, equipment reconfiguration / dimensioning, upgrades, preventive maintenances and special operations.
  • Control the functioning of operation team to maintain Mobile Fulfillment node to deliver stable and quality service.
  • Constant monitoring on follow-up actions assigned to subordinates and close investigation of major complaints or operational abnormalities arising in the section. Prompt reporting and clearance of maintenance abnormalities carried out to superiors. Responsible for reporting any outages or degradation in service to superior and higher management on situations according to laid out directives. 
  • Control close monitoring of service statistics to assess and report abnormalities. Keep watch of system enhancement and preventive measures available to the system through constant follow up and coordination to vendor. 
  • Organize to arrange necessary orientation and developing skills for new subordinates or teammates regarding Mobile Fulfillment platform and environments. Recommend training requirements and knowledge seeking courses to section team members through available process.
  • Control system environment and confirm adequate test equipment availability in section.
