Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science from a Ministry-accredited university.
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in international programs for governmental/semi-governmental entities, with a proven track record as a project manager.
• Expertise in engineering, project control, contracts, procurement, health & safety, security, environment, risk management, financial management, and quality assurance within complex international programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Extensive global experience, with a focus on the Middle East/Kingdom region, ideally including experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven history of managing diverse stakeholders and facility service providers across commercial and public sectors.
• Success in driving continuous improvement and capacity building initiatives, particularly within Saudi Arabia.
