Job Purpose:

To support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communication systems and equipment in order to establish effective communication among Dallah Health s staff, patients, and visitors, thus contributing to seamless operations, patient care, and overall functionality within the limits of pre-set guidelines, processes, and procedures.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Organizational accountabilities

• Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

• Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes, and operating procedures to others.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of department processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

• Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality service, and a responsible environmental attitude.

• Build high levels of trust and understanding with key internal and external stakeholders to promote full compliance with industry regulations and promote a broader understanding of Dallah Health s interests and practices.

Functional Accountabilities

• Install and configure communication equipment, such as telephones, intercoms, paging systems, nurse call systems, and public address systems throughout the Dallah Health facility.

• Collaborate with the Information Technology (SSC) team to ensure proper connectivity and integration of the communication system to the network infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and smooth communication.

• Implement software updates, patches, and system upgrades to communication equipment to maintain security and enhance functionality.

• Test and maintain emergency communication systems, such as code blue alarms or disaster response communication tools.

• Provide technical support and assistance to the staff in using communication equipment effectively.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues or malfunctions in communication equipment, identifying root causes and promptly implementing necessary repairs.

ICU / Intensivist (Specialist / Registrar ) Doctor

Experience Required :- 2 years of experience post degree

1. Enter the UCAF information in HMIS.

2. Follow up all pending approval request for in-patient & out-patient and assure that company approval is granted for all services.

3. Contact companies who have contracts with the hospital with relation to referral and approval of treatment.

4. Provides information to patient concerning covered services and approval requirements under their company health plan.

5. Assure that all inpatient hospitalized within the approval limit.

6. Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, local and international standards or requirements related to the department

7. Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department and to measure the performance of the function, process, and outcome. Whenever required, conducts analysis and interpretation of data/information collected

8. Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed, participates in incident review, and root cause analysis.

9. Performs any other duties within the range of his/her competence, as directed by Head of Medical Insurance and/or the Revenue Cycle Director.

10. Administrative activities of the department are run by the health insurance clerks.

Radiology Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs clinical duties as per his/her assigned clinical privileges.
  • Assess his/her patients thoroughly (eg.clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) as per DSFH policies and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.
  • Develops plan of care for patients using evidence based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in patients’ medical record as per DSFH policies.
  • Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
  • Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his/ her name.
  • For inpatients admitted under his/her name, develops discharge plan on day of admission and involves discharge planning service as early as possible if warranted.
  • Assesses inpatients that are admitted under his/her name at least once daily and ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes using SOAP format and as per DSFH policies.
  • Responds to medical consultations in timely manner and as per DSFH policies
  • Documents in timely manner and as per DSFH policies medical interventions that he/she performs on patients.
  • Responsible for timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries for patients admitted under his/her name. Also responsible for ensuring that indicated discharge instructions and education on take home medications is done prior to patients discharge.
  • Conducts education to patients and their families and engages them in the plan of care. Document given education in patients’ medical record.
  • Attends to hospital duties and responds to calls from hospital as per departmental /section call schedule
  • Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Responsible for writing medical reports of his/her patients, and as per DSFH policies.
  • Contributes to teaching rounds and teaching activities as requested by chairperson of medical department
  • Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices and represents DSFH in a positive and professional manner in the community.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

Qualifications

  • Completion of experience according to Saudi commission for Health Specialty (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers
  • Saudi Commission for Health Specialty and Ministry of Health Saudi License is required.

  • Estimates costs and time for major upgrades, repairs, and installations of equipment and systems.
  • Tests sample equipment proposed for purchase and makes recommendations for new system acquisitions
  • Interprets and works from blueprints, sketches, plans, and specifications; reviews plans for new and remodel projects
  • Provides technical assistance to hospital personnel and other staff in using equipment and systems. Inspects and tests equipment to determine repair needs and feasibility
  • Operates and maintains specialized tools and test equipment related to electronic repair work

Qualifications:
