KSA Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement a sales growth strategy across KSA to acquire new clients and build a high growth service business
  • Ensure sales practices comply with the local laws, and legislation
  • Strong focus on developing a recurring revenue sales model, utilizing connected services.
  • Create and lead a high performing sales function Saoudi (KSA) and build up the existing sales team capability.
  • Ownership of the KSA region sales budget, sales plans, and team performance to achieve rapid growth.
  • Implement Account plans for key strategic customers in target segments and key vertical markets as well as introducing territory plans for sales reps.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a strong KSA service sales pipeline to ensure an accurate forecast of orders bookings, revenue, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement new selling practices to maximize sales efficiency and seller productivity.
  • Develop action plans to improve price performance and improving gross margins to contribute towards a sustained improvement in profit.
  • Assist in the preparation, allocation, and management of sales budgets for target achievement.
  • Build and maintain positive C-level relationships with key customers to maximize customer retention and build deep level customer trust.
  • Assist in the deployment, improvement, and implementation of new sales and CRM tools to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Implement robust management cadence and rigor on sales reporting, benchmarking, KPIs and metrics in full alignment with Global Service Sales metrics

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Master's degree/post graduate qualification would be advantageous
  • Experience working in a service based, technology/equipment industry
  • Knowledge of building services in a commercial environment is preferable
  • Extensive experience in leading large remote sales teams is essential
  • Successful track record in leading, coaching and managing sellers
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams, work across company departmental heads and field service operations to ensure smooth sales coordination and orders handover
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and diagnostic capability
  • Strong numerical competency and writing skills

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our interdisciplinary team in the College of Engineering. The successful candidate will focus on applied research in mechatronics and instrumentation, including Robotics, AI, IoT, control and automation, and Embedded Systems, with experience in SolidWorks, programming and development, and LabVIEW-based systems using National Instruments (NI) technologies.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement instrumentation infrastructure for modeling and simulation of smart applications, including interfacing with mechanical simulators.
  • Develop and optimize software and control algorithms for mechatronics and instrumentation systems.
  • Collaborate with other researchers and faculty members in various research areas to develop research proposals and secure funding from external sources.
  • Present research findings at national and international conferences.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and reports.
  • Publish research results in peer-reviewed scientific or technical journals, and present findings at external conferences, seminars, and/or technical meetings.
  • Perform all other related duties as required or assigned by the manager.


Qualification

  • Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Strong background in one or more of the following areas: Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems, Robotics, AI, IoT, automation, SolidWorks, programming and development, and LabVIEW-based systems using National Instruments (NI) hardware and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish research results in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar.

Warranty Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensure and manage all day-to-day activities relating to Warranty / Startup activities to the most efficient and timely manner in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maximize customer operational performance by providing back-office team / call center resources and technical advice. Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees. Manages customer service staff, communicates job expectations, and performs performance connection meeting and job reviews.
  • Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by back-office team / call center.
  • Focus on key operation issues and drive corrective actions at early stage of problem, meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service, receive and implement customer feedback to improve the quality of service.
  • Coordinate with factories to get technical support when required, address quality concerns/issues, manage parts lists of new products, investigate unusual failures, and handle warranty Claims Operations. To effectively address product issues during warranty and Claims management, extensive site visits will be conducted to gather data and provide support to the factory. Furthermore, it is crucial to ensure that technicians and subcontractors are consistently delivering high-quality services.
  • Restore key customer relation and follow up measures by informing them on the progress of their complaints according.
  • Manage the performance indicators / statistics such as resolution time, product quality reports, monthly warranty cost reports, cost control, failure rates reports, etc.
  • Maintain all the correspondences / Bulletins from Carrier Corporation regarding product design/quality and warranty matters and implement at site as required.
  • Maintain the warranty cost within the budgeted provision.
  • Monitoring and maintain warranty parts stock inline with supply chain demand planning VS product history and parts movement demand / pattern, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency, refill stock and monitor the movement pattern.
  • Report area of improvements within the SAP / CRM system.
  • Weekly meeting with the team, review warranty operations process, provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members.
  • Ensures the team's operations are cost-effective, efficient and aligned with the organization's goals.

Requirements

We are looking for people who as a minimum you must have:

  • HVAV engineering education
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial skills
  • Excellent Knowledge in chillers and HVAC services and troubleshooting

Essential Task Description: (daily tasks and duties)

  • Inspect air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation
  • Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions
  • Install, replace, or repair damaged equipment; calibrate thermostatic controls
  • Install new heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems; repair and replace damaged or worn heating, ventilation and air-conditioning parts and equipment; repair or replace low- and high-pressure liquid lines
  • Inspect and observe pressure of liquids and vapor with instrumentation to ensure efficient operation of unit and make necessary adjustment; inspect and service refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps
  • Maintain the chilled and hot water supply systems
  • Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems; cleans coils, blowers, checks motors, and belt tensions
  • Assemble and install metal ductwork
  • Assist in planning and designing of new installations of heating and air-conditioning systems
  • Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required
  • Recognize and identify potential risks and hazards associated with performing all work-related duties safely
  • Work to mitigate potential risks associated with essential duties
  • Collaborate with management personnel to maintain safe working environments
  • Participate in a comprehensive OSHA-approved safety course (preferably OSHA 10- or 30-hour course) and adhere to company and regulatory compliance programs
  • Obtain or carry current low voltage electrical card
