The staff nurse is accountable to the OPD Charge Nurse for the delivery of high quality care of the patients at Dallah Hospital. The post holder is responsible for ensuring attainment of agreed clinical standards and professional development supported by colleagues and the Director of Nursing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1-During the time period for which she is responsible, assesses the overall needs of the individual patients, assists in preparation and implements the nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care

2-Day-to-day activities:

  1. Assists physician in conducting patient examinations and provide routine treatments.
  2. Obtains specimen for testing, conducts select routine laboratory tests, and records result.
  3. Performs O.P.D. initial assessment and appropriate plan of care and relays information to physician.
  4. Contact various department personnel throughout the clinic when ordering supplies, obtaining patient medical records, and etc.
  5. Performs related clinical duties such as compiling patient chart information and responds to routine patient inquiries and telephone calls.
  6. Under direction from the physician, performs tests and procedures on patient following established procedures. In doing so, performs ear washers, obtains throat cultures, vaccines and injections, and etc.
  7. Ensures patient chart information is prepared prior to patient admission.
  8. Obtains patient medical records, and inserts appropriate notes, forms and test results.
  9. Maintains patient and clinic confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates business initiatives, new opportunities or changing in business operations, through conducting financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis
  • Develops KPIs that link operational indicators to financial indicators to help business to understand how operational metrics drive financial results, in order to improve the performance
  • Supports the company to find opportunities for cost optimization projects by evaluating the effective utilization of the available resources, and report waste drivers
  • Monitors and analyzes financial information, KPI trends, Profit and loss, revenue performance, and other key business metrics to identify, evaluate and guide the decision-making process
  • Conducts a costing/pricing model for Fakeeh Care services based on cost, utilization and market analysis
  • Driving simplification, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing
  • Ensuring financial integrity and control
  • Conducts a profit and loss analysis for services, packages, doctors, and other related parameters
  • Perform any other duties within the scope of the division as directed by the Budgeting & Reporting Director
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients, as “the patient is the center of our care”.
  • Oversee preparation of regular and special budget reports
  • Maintain expenditure controls
  • Review budget proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Organizes budget templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :

    Education:

    Bachelor’s in finance/Accounting or any other equivalent accounting professional certificate
