Location : Islamabad Bahria Town Phase 4, Near Civic Center
Timings : 6 days / week
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day Administrative activities throughout the company/ assigned branch to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Should be able to perform basic Computer Labs Troubleshooting Support Tasks like Windows / MS Office Installations etc., engage computer vendor/ repair shop when hardware repair needed.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
- Perform indoor/ outdoor tasks, coordinating with different vendors and suppliers for different services required time-to-time.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Create and update excel sheet reports for office record as and when needed.
- Adhering to high ethical and professional standards and a team player.
- Supervise the team.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience
- 3+ Years in similar roles

- Proficient in MS Excel

Required Education
