    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Incharge to lead and manage the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a customer-focused mindset.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Operations Management

    • Oversee daily branch operations.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
    • Manage branch budgets and financial reports.


    2. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
    • Provide support and performance evaluations.
    • Foster a positive work environment.


    3. Customer Service:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Build and maintain client relationships.


    4. Sales and Marketing:

    • Develop and execute branch sales strategies.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Coordinate local marketing initiatives.


    5. Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Manage risks associated with branch operations.
    • Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Experience:
    • Approx 4-5 years in a management role.
    • Proven track record in branch management and achieving sales targets.


    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
