Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities  

  • Appointment:
    • Handle patient appointment (book, confirm, cancel & reschedule).
    • Handle telephone inquiries.
  • RCO:
    • Send call request through the system to be able to view by concerned doctors in order to provide immediate action.
    • Email their Supervisors if call request is sent more than once to the doctor.
    • Prepare Daily & Weekly RCO Report and send to Call Center Supervisors.
  • Reschedule/Cancellation:
    • Make a return call after receiving feedback from patients through IVR system for rescheduling.
    • Inform patients through phone call if there is a closure of doctor’s clinic in a particular day and provide them options to reschedule or transfer to other doctors or clinic timings.
  • Quality Assurance :
    • Receive patients complaint and raise it to concerned department through Continuity Of Care (COC) system.
    • Prepare Daily COC Report and send to Call Center Supervisors.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Cover other staff if there is a shortage of staff in a particular section due to huge number of calls.
    • Adhere to HMG policy and procedures.
    • Follow delegated lines of authority, maintains ongoing effective and proper communication with the superior and colleagues.
    • Guide and orient new staff.
    • Support the supervisor in administrative tasks.
    • Participates in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
    • Enriches patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.

  • Providing insights when appropriate as to the appropriate consolidation of different risk themes into Principal Risks at the Group level for reporting to the Group ERM Committee and the Board Risk Committee.

  • Lead the preparation of all Management level dashboards which include a view of the overall status of the internal control environment as well as risk mitigation strategies in order to drive insights-driven discussions, while recommending continuous improvement opportunities in this space to improve the quality of reporting.
  • Engage business stakeholders to proactively monitor the status of risk appetite breaches within e& enterprise, on a quarterly basis.
  • Support the Lead ERM e& enterprise and act in coordination with business stakeholders to ensure the application of the decision support framework and related tools and insights when key strategic decisions are made in e& enterprise.
  • Lead the delivery of the training program to Risk Champion network in e& enterprise and its subsidiaries, as required.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the Internal Audit department on risk management related matters.

Your day to day:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, oversee and support the project execution of UPT, STS backlog projects delivered to MENA destination customers.

Manage Backlog projects in accordance with operating guidelines, standards, and work procedures; be responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

  • Responsible for the Remote VSAT sites deployment, commissioning & testing of VVIP missions and Enterprise customers

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in Substation Automation Systems (DCS/SAS/SCMS/SCS/PMS) for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Key responsibilities:

  • Perform commissioning and maintenance for Substation Automation Systems (DCS/SAS/SCMS/SCS/PMS).
  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Parameterize Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot BCU and protection relays for Medium and High Voltage IEDs from major vendors (GE, Schneider, SEL, Siemens).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot DCS system components such as servers, gateways, clients, BCUs, relays, switches, firewalls, routers, and GPS systems.
  • Proficiently use software packages from vendors like GE, Schneider, SEL, and Siemens for system integration.
  • Work with various SCADA systems including AVIEW, ECOSui, SICAM PAS, and Survalent.
  • Manage automation protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus TCP/IP, IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, and OPC.
    Review technical documents across project phases (tendering, design, hardware selection, erection, testing, and commissioning).
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, including panel drawings, test protocols, SCADA point lists, and module data checklists.
    Implement and manage cybersecurity measures within the automation system environment.
  • Handle application whitelisting/blacklisting, deploy antivirus solutions, manage domain policies, user privileges, and oversee patch updates.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC region for project support and activities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Relevant certifications such as IEC 61850 specialist, Certified Automation Professional (CAP), or vendor-specific certifications.
  • Cybersecurity certifications relevant to automation systems (e.g., CISSP, GICSP) are a plus.
